Native to Abbeyside, I’m delighted to be offering acupuncture and holistic therapies here in the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of Strandside.

I’ve been working in holistic health since 2008, beginning with therapies such as Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and MLD. I qualified as an Acupuncturist in 2012, and since then, acupuncture has become the heart of my practice.

My passion lies in supporting people in a gentle, meaningful way – whether they’re struggling with physical pain, emotional overwhelm, or simply looking to reconnect with themselves. I believe that small, consistent changes can create lasting impact.

Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege to start working with the Solas Cancer Support Centre, offering acupuncture to people on their cancer journey. This continues to be one of the most rewarding and humbling parts of my work.

I’ve completed post-graduate training in cosmetic acupuncture, fertility and women’s health, acupuncture for oncology, reflexology for oncology and regularly attend workshops, trainings, and seminars. I’m constantly reading, studying, and expanding my knowledge – not just for myself, but to ensure I offer the best possible support to those who come through my door. Learning is a lifelong practice, and one I truly love.

I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in May 2024. Yoga has been part of my life since the early 2000s and has supported me in countless ways. Becoming a teacher felt like a natural next step – allowing me to bring the philosophy of self-awareness, compassion and connection into my sessions in a new and deeper way.

Whether you’re coming for acupuncture, reflexology, or yoga  – you’ll be met with warmth, attentiveness, and wholehearted care.
